Granada in southern Spain is a popular tourist destination in Andalusia. Granada features impressive medieval architecture from Moorish occupation. The Alhambra is one of the main sights there while the old town has many churches and monasteries from later periods.

On this walk we start near the Alhambra, walk down to the city center, head up in the San Pedro area with the Albacin. The Albaicin is the Moorish area of the city and the oldest part of Granada. There we head up again to the “Mirador San Nicolás” - a viewpoint with excellent views of the Alhambra.
