Description
Burghausen / Germany is a town in Upper Bavaria which is home to the longest castle complex in the world. There are six castle courtyards lined up that make up a length of over one kilometre. There are more famous castles in Germany, the town is good to visit on a tour with Altötting and Mühldorf which are a short train ride away.
On this walk we start at the old town of Burghausen and then make the climb up to the castle hill. We see a part of the longest castle with a great view over Burghausen. At last we head back to the train station where we continue our journey.
