We start our tour at the Frankfurt Central Station (Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof). First we walk a bit through the Bahnhofsviertel before we get to the Commerzbank Tower and then turning towards the Main river.

As we continue along the river we soon pass over the Main via the “Holbeinsteg” bridge to the district of Sachsenhausen. On our stroll along the river we see Frankfurt and a more relaxed residential atmosphere.

In Sachsenhausen we walk until Schweizer Platz, then turn around and walk back to the centre of Frankfurt.

There in the city of Frankfurt we stroll around, check out some squares and finally the new old town. We end our walking tour at the famous Römer, the city hall of Frankfurt for over 600 years.
