Description

Welcome to a walking tour through Alicante, Spain, on the Costa Blanca. After our sunny tours years ago we return on a rainy day. On this tour we explore the city step by step again - from the Plaza de los Luceros to the beach at El Postiguet.

Along the way, we pass through iconic spots like Avenida de Federico Soto, Calle San Francisco (Mushroom Street), and also see the Explanada de España where I managed not to slip on the wet surface!

Later we’ll also spot the Santa Bárbara Castle, visit the Central Market. Again we find hidden local plazas full of history and daily life - even now out of the main tourist season.
