Walking in CHESTER / England (UK) 🇬🇧- 4K 60fps (UHD)
Description
Chester is a short train ride away from Liverpool. The city is a popular places for a short break and has several sights for tourists. We also visit Chester with a local train from Liverpool.
There are largely complete city walls in Chester, the largest Roman Amphitheatre in Britain as well as a 1000 year old Cathedral. That's where we start - at the Chester Cathedral where we also a look inside.
After seeing the cathedral we enter the busy Northgate Street which marks the main pedestrian and shopping area of Chester. We find a way on top of the city walls and walk on these old walls until we spot the Eastgate Clock. This clock is another main sight of Chester so we exit the walls and continue our tour in the city center.
We head towards the Roman Amphitheatre close to the old town and then get back to the centre via St John St.
After seeing much of the centre we have a look outside of the city walls west of the old town and quickly return.
Now we've seen most spots so we stroll around a bit more while heading north towards the train station. On our way we pass through the Grosvenor Shopping Centre and also see a bit of the water canal.
At last we are on Brooke St on our way to Chester Station, where we end this walking tour.
