Today we explore the Hanseatic City of Hamburg on a late summer evening. Hamburg is the second largest city of Germany behind Berlin and is a popular spot for walks here on POPtravel.
We start our Hamburg walking tour at the Elbpromenaden with a view to the tourist ferries and Elbphilharmonie. The modern Elbphilharmonie opera house is also our first destination before we head into the city center.
We explore the city center with some less busy areas as the sun goes down, get to the town hall mid-way and the Chilehaus at the end. We finish our tour looking at the Hamburg central station.
