We are in Bern, Switzerland’s capital. Unlike other bustling capitals, Bern is quiet and unassuming. With a peaceful old town history trumps modernity here.

Our tour in this UNESCO World Heritage Site starts at the main train station. We soon follow streets full of old stone buildings and charming alleys. Bern can sometimes feel too quiet - still it has some sights a medieval tower clock, the warm cellar shops, and sweet treats at local bakeries. We also visit a few viewpoints on this evening.

For over an hour we walk around the old town, cross some bridges and see how relaxed even a capital city can be.
