On a hot and humid afternoon in Bangkok / Thailand we check the Chatuchak Weekend Market (alsor Jatujak Market; Thai: ตลาดจตุจักร). With more than 15,000 stalls and 27 sections this market is the largest in Thailand.

Chatuchak is located in the North of Bangkok. Though away from the city centre, it is popular with tourists as the prices are mostly local with a wide selection of souvenirs, food and clothing. Most business happens Saturday and Sunday during daytime with some night market on Fridays.
