Landsberg am Lech is a town in Bavaria, Germany, located along the River Lech. The town’s history dates back over a thousand years, and it has been an important location due to its position on the Salt Road and the River Lech. The town is easily reachable in under an hour from Munich via train.
On this rainy afternoon our tour starts at the Lech river. We explore Landsberg am Lech with its historic buildings, such as the Gothic style Town Hall and the Church of the Holy Cross, which is notable for its Baroque architecture.
We also see several side streets and go all around the town center for a good impression of this Bavarian town.
