Rovinj / Croatia is a tourist favorite on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. The small old town stands on a headland with the hilltop church of St. Euphemia church.

We start our walking tour at this very church and get to its clock tower where we can enjoy panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and Rovinj’s archipelago.

As we make our way downhill, we’ll stroll through the narrow, cobblestone streets of the old town, taking in the local houses, galleries, boutiques, and cafes.

Along the coast, we’ll pass guest houses and restaurants known for their seafood and local dishes. Many offer scenic views of the sea. Our walk will also take us to the harbor, filled with fishing boats, where people often dine at the waterside. At last we walk out of the old town to get a view of Rovinj from the distance.
