We are in Heraklion (also known as Iraklio), the largest city on the island of Crete, Greece.

On this evening tour we explore the different neighborhoods in and around the old town. We are starting from from Astoria Liberty Square where see the evening life of the locals. We see several pedestrian streets in the center. We pass the Heraklion Archaeological Museum, home to a collection of ancient artifacts. Walking a bit outside the center, we enjoy the evening atmosphere in and around the Heraklion city center visiting a few sights.

At last our evening walk takes to the Venetian Port, with fishing boats in the harbor. We conclude the tour at the Rocca a Mare Fortress with the sunset over the Mediterranean.
