Once again we visit the beautiful city of Wroclaw in Poland - also known under the previous German name “Breslau”. WrocÅ‚aw is the largest city in western Poland. With a large student population it features interesting architecture with a unique charm, making it one of Poland’s prettiest destinations.
This walk is the first recording of 2023. On a late afternoon on new years day we start at the central square Rynek. Many people are out to walk in Wroclaw on this first day of the year.
Soon we head up North to the University Square and see some islands on the Oder River that make Wroclaw special. The Ostrów Tumski island is the oldest part of Wroclaw and houses some impressive cathedrals.

At last we end our walking tour near the Galeria DominikaÅ„ska - a big shopping mall.
