Marburg / Germany is a town north in the state of Hesse of Frankfurt. Marburg is famous for the Philipps University, founded in 1527 and its old town with half-timbered houses.

On this walk we start at market fountain (Marktbrunnen) right on the market square. We explore the narrow streets of Marburg and walk all around the Altstadt. On our way we see some sights like churches and even pass some sculptures of the “Grimm-Dich-Pfad”.

Later on this evening stroll around the town we even get down from the upper part just to return to where we started our walking tour.
