For a little different walk this video shows a walk around Haad Rin Beach at the Full Moon Party in May 2019.

Once in a moon Koh Phangan is (was) the destination of many backpackers on their way through Thailand. The Full Moon Party, with origins in 1985, is the main commercial event for the island as an all-night beach party during full moon. Accommodation prices multiply for the nights around full moon, as the entry to Haad Rin beach is free of charge.

Later more commercial parties sprung up around the island like “Half Moon Party” or the “Jungle Experience” for those visiting the island on other times or wanting more events. All over South East Asia party-hungry travelers can find such beach-parties.

Note: Due to the nature of the event as a , many musics are played which had to be filtered to not result in copyright issues. The filtered audio is hard to enjoy so at best enjoy the atmosphere with your own beach party music here..
