Kaliningrad (Russian: Калинингра́д, German: Königsberg), is a the capital city of a Russian exclave at the Baltic sea between Poland and Lithuania.
The Königsberg history dates back centuries where it was the capital of Prussia. It was a an important cultural hub in the 18th and 19th century, also the home town of philosopher Immanuel Kant.

We head out of the city centre towards the Central Market (Центральный рынок), quickly stroll through there and get back to Ploshchad’ Pobedy to have a look inside at an orthodox church.
After sunset we walk around further in Kalinigrad around the railway station.
