Singapore is a modern city state with some laid back districts like the Katong area with the Joo Chiat Road. We walked this heritage area before towards the East Coast Park https://youtu.be/wJUgUtfd2UQ - now we walk back until the Geylang Ramadan Bazaar (2019).

We start our evening tour at the East Coast beach overlooking the Singapore Strait. It is hot and humid also in the evening while a fresh breeze comes from the ocean.

Heading towards the Marine Parade Rd (
08:00 ) and East Coast Road we get to the Joo Chiat Road (
12:34 )with many restaurants and karaoke bars.

When we reach Changi Road (
28:04 ) it’s dark and the festive lights for Ramadan are already switched on. We head to the Geylang Ramadan Bazaar (
31:00 ) with a large food selection (
34:00 ) and stroll around for a while there before dinner.
