Walking in LUXEMBOURG 🇱🇺

Luxembourg City is the capital city of he Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (Luxembourgish: Groussherzogtum Lëtzebuerg). The small landlocked country borders Belgium, France and Germany.

We start our walk at the Luxembourg railway station (Gare Centrale). From the central station we walk North towards the old city centre. From the Adolphe Bridge (Pont Adolphe) we get a good view of the historic city with its walls (
10:40 ).

The old city is the main tourist attraction so we walk around there to see sights like the “Gothic Revival Cathedral of Notre Dame”, the town fortifications and also pass the Grand Ducal Palace. We have time to go down to the medival Grund district and the “neimënster” cultural hub.

It’s time to get up and back to the train station again so we walk all the way South again and end the walk from where we started.
