Frankfurt am Main in Germany is the financial centre of Germany and with the European Central Bank now also in Europe. Thanks to an international vibe it is a vibrant city that many German visitors will know from the busy airport.

We start today’s walk near the Opera House near the Euro sign. On our way around the city centre we visit the Römer and City Hall, push our way on the busy walking street “Zeil” and also check out the newly constructed old town. We end the walk at the “Main” river which is great for walking, biking, inline skating and enjoyed by locals and tourists alike - especially on weekends.
