## Description

Udine / Italy is  a relaxed city and the capital of Friuli in northeastern Italy. Friuli is known as a region of wines, prosciutto di San Daniele and Montasio cheese which can all be tasted there. For tourists Udine is possible to visit on a daytrip from Trieste or maybe even Venice. For most travelers Udine remains mostly off the itinerary.

We visit the city of Udine on a hot day in May. Our tour starts at the Cathedral and goes all the way up to the castle for a view over the city.
