## Description

Tigné in the Sliema area of Malta is a busy peninsula with shops, seafood restaurants and bars. There are nice views of Valletta city across the water. Ferries go depart from the nearby Triq Ix-Xatt promenade.

The Point mall in Tigné is popular for all kinds of shopping. Several hotels and apartments overlook the former British barracks at 18th-century "Fort Tigné".

We walk from the seafront promenade, to the Point Mall and also check out Tigné Point Beach on this short tour around Sliema in Malta.
